Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using RetinaReset ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the Service

RetinaReset is a lifestyle optimization and wellness framework. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Always consult a qualified ophthalmologist or physician before starting any eye-health protocol, especially if you have glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, or other diagnosed eye conditions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Full access includes voice-guided sessions and ambient music in addition to the complete protocol.
  • Free access includes the full 8-module protocol with silent timers, AI assistant, reminders, and streak tracking — but excludes voice-guided sessions and ambient music.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may be shown in your local currency where Stripe Adaptive Pricing is available.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Stripe customer portal or through the store billing settings where applicable.
  • Lifetime purchases grant permanent Full access for the email used at checkout.

4. Free Trial

New installs receive a 7-calendar-day full trial. After the trial, you must choose a paid plan or the limited free version to continue using the App.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Stripe and applicable store policies. Contact support with your purchase email for assistance.

6. Restore Access

You may restore Full access on a new device by entering the email used at checkout in Settings → Restore access. No account login is required in v1.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the App. You may not use the App to provide medical services to others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetinaReset and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
